Do prices auto-increase at renewal?

No. The price you pay today is what you'll pay at renewal, provided the plan still exists. If we ever do change pricing, current subscribers stay on the old price for the remainder of their cycle, and we email everyone affected at least 30 days before the change.

What's the refund policy?

14 days from purchase, full refund, no questions. Email contact@msecurity.app and we'll process it within two business days. After 14 days we don't refund partial usage, except where required by your local consumer-protection law.

How is the local currency calculated?

We don't do FX conversion at checkout — each currency has its own price in our database (USD, NPR, INR). EUR and GBP fall back to USD pricing. The price you see is the price your card is charged.

Can I switch tiers mid-subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrading prorates the unused portion of your current plan against the new one. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — no retroactive refunds for downgrades.

What payment methods are accepted?

Card (Stripe) worldwide. eSewa and Khalti for Nepal. Apple IAP for iOS, Google Play Billing for Android. Bank transfers for enterprise plans — contact us if you need an invoice.

Is there a free version?

There's a 14-day full-feature trial. After that, MSecurity stops scanning new threats and the VPN, vault, and identity monitor turn off. No nag screens, no ads — we just stop providing the service we're not being paid for.

Can one license cover Windows and Android together?

Accepted Answer

Not currently. Desktop and mobile are priced separately because they're different product lines. If you want both, you'd buy a desktop tier plus a mobile tier. This is something we're considering changing.
